Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Origins & Warehouses
To provide the fastest possible delivery times across North America, we fulfill and ship orders directly from our strategic regional fulfillment centers located in both the USA and Mexico. Your order will automatically be routed and dispatched from the nearest warehouse that has your items in stock.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates and delivery times may vary depending on the items ordered and your delivery address relative to our USA or Mexico warehouses:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (Default cost-effective delivery)
- Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days (Fast track)
- Next-Day Delivery: 1 business day (Available for selected US zip codes)
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues or extreme weather conditions.
Shipment Destinations & Coverage
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number to track your package directly on our website or via the carrier’s official portal.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
FaFaFa Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For shipments between the US and Mexico, our regional warehouses help minimize these cross-border complexities for you.
Damages
FaFaFa Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
