Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:
- Your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- You must provide the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as final sale items or promotional gift cards.
The Return Process
If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact our customer support team via email at support@fafafafa.store within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Step 2: Our team will review your request and provide you with the appropriate return shipping address (depending on your location, this will be routed to our nearest warehouse in the USA or Mexico).
- Step 3: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), FaFaFa Store will cover all return shipping costs.
If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., you changed your mind, ordered the wrong color or style), you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds and Processing
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you need a different style. If you need to exchange an item for the same or a similar product, please email us directly at support@fafafafa.store, and we will assist you with the quickest fulfillment option from our local inventory.
